Collegiate football is preparing to head into the conference portion of their schedule, which will make it more difficult to bet on football as the season wears on and the games get more crucial. The ACC, Big Ten and Pac-10 are in the spotlight this week, and there is more than enough action to keep the online sportsbook community buzzing. All of these NCAA matchups will take place on Saturday, October 4.

Florida State at Miami (-2) – 3:30 PM ET

The Hurricanes have won seven of their last ten meetings with their bitter rivals from Florida State, who are coming off a solid win over Colorado. Miami lost a ten-point lead late to North Carolina, and this young team may still be feeling the effects of that game. Florida State vs. Miami odds has the Hurricanes listed as 2-point favorites at home, and the two teams have combined to score UNDER the posted total in six of their last eight meetings.

No.14 Ohio State (-2.5) at No.18 Wisconsin – 8:00 PM ET

The Buckeyes ran for 279 yards, powered by the return of “Beanie” Wells, in a 34-21 win over Minnesota, but the story may have been the fine play of freshman pivot Terrelle Pryor, who threw for 70 yards and a score, while adding 97 yards and two more majors on the ground. The Badgers lost a 19-point halftime lead in a 27-25 loss at Michigan, committing nine turnovers. Ohio State vs. Wisconsin lines see the Buckeyes as a 2.5-point favorite on the road, and these teams have split their last eight meetings. Their last two games have gone OVER the posted total.

No.23 Oregon at No.9 USC (-16.5) – 8:00 PM ET

The Ducks rebounded from a tough loss with a 63-14 rout at Washington State, racking up 571 yards and forcing four turnovers. Meanwhile, the Trojans lost their No.1 spot in the rankings with a 27-21 loss at Oregon State, falling behind 21-0 by halftime. Oregon State vs. USC odds has given the Trojans a massive 16.5-point spread at home, and they would love to avenge a 24-17 loss at Oregon last season. However, the NCAA football lines may be underestimating the Ducks this week.
