As brackets were busted everywhere the NCAA March Madness tournament continues to excite, surprise and keep bettors guessing. The Greek Sportsbook has updated betting odds on March Madness tournament odds and odds to win the Final Four.
The Kansas Jayhawks are favored to win the 2011 National Championship at +265 at the Greek with Ohio State +345 and Duke +365 next in line. The next closest in the minds of the oddsmakers are San Diego State, Florida, Connecticut, Kentucky and Wisconsin all are +1615.
In the East Region you have the No. 1, 2, 4 and 11th seed remaining. The top seeded Buckeyes of Ohio State are -135 favorites to win the East Region and advance to the Final Four. They'll need to beat Kentucky and the winner of North Carolina and Marquette. North Carolina is +305 to win the East region while Kentucky is +405 and Marquette is +1015.
Ohio State is a 5 point favorite over Kentucky with a total of 139.5 and North Carolina is -5 over Marquette. Both games tip on Friday.
Wisconsin is the favorite to come out of the Southeast Region at +165 followed by Florida +185, BYU +405 and Butler +525. The Badgers got to the Sweet 16 with wins over Belmont and Kansas State. Florida beat UCSB and UCLA while BYU got wins over Wofford and Gonzaga and Butler won twice as an underdog over Old Dominion and they also knocked off top seeded Pittsburgh.
Wisconsin is a 4 point favorite over Butler and the Gators are -2.5 over BYU.
Kansas is a heavy favorite to win the Southwest Region at -285 followed by Florida State who knocked off Texas A&M and Notre Dame at +465 and two more big underdogs. Virginia Commonwealth won the play-in game and then destroyed both Georgetown and Purdue. They are +725 and Richmond is +1215. The Spiders defeated Vanderbilt and Moorehead State to advance.
Kansas is favored by 10.5 over Richmond while the Seminoles are 4 point favorites.
And in the West, Duke survived a scare against Michigan but are heavily favored to make it to the Final Four. The Devils are +145 followed by San Diego State and Connecticut at +405 and Arizona is +1045.
Connecticut is favored by one over San Diego State and Duke is a 9 point favorite over Arizona.
