I am a few hours from Orlando. I have never been to a casino in that area. I know they used to have Orlando Jai Lai. They might offer horse betting or maybe poker if it's still open like down here.
I am not sure if there is any Indian Casino's open up there either like here in South Florida. They probably have some sea escape type of cruise to nowhere casino's that you can take for the day Sorry I can't be of more help but if you are staying at a hotel (assume you are), they should be able to help you out at the front desk.

they have a very nice casino in the Ft. Lauderdale area. I believe its called the Hard Rock Seminole or something to that sort. They have another one, which would be closest in Tampa. Its another Hard Rock and the casino itself is only slots, but the poker room is very nice and the waitresses are 10's.
