Read the reviews on here about this book---they have tons of staff but most are worthless---Deposited 2k+ and they bonused 100% but with a ridiculous 14x rollover which included additional rollover on winnings--its a great bonus but you really have to play recklessly to ever be qualified for a payout--Well I did that and won---On this website and if you talk to them initially, they promise quick payouts (2-5 biz days for bank wire) but they change that to 10 biz days when you actually withdraw and are looking for funds---in essence if you want anything larger than $800 bucks back you are looking at 2+weeks real time. They also limit you per day. They claim that other sbs are slower but let me tell you CRIS, The Greek and BetJam are 100x faster and follow through on their promises--so, I asked for the max 5k through bank wire, pissed away the rest, and now I get the 10 biz day policy!!! I pleaded with them for a tracking number but of course they dont handle the damn money!!! I do believe I will get my funds but if you want to get paid anytime soon stick with another book!!! If you want a fun place to lose they are great LOL

The most insulting part was when today I pleaded with them for a token free play in the meantime while I had all my money tied up and the upper management poser kept saying no because his hands were tied and they were following their policies

HELLO---On this site it says Bank Wires 2-5 biz days so whats up BET ONLINE???

I would have been happy with a show of faith like $10 or whatever to show they were apologetic for misinforming after $2670 deposit and nearly $60k of action in less than a week.

Yeah, I'm sorry to hear that. I actually had a similar experience a couple years ago with another book. I never really trusted Betonline. Thanks for posting the review.
I have found that Bet Jamaica, Bookmaker and 5 Dimes pay out without any BS and each one has no limit on Bank Wire Payouts. (Last time I checked, you might want to double check).

Had the exact same experience. I met the 14x rollover on my deposit over the course of the season, and just when NBA season was ending (the end of MY betting season), I asked for a withdrawal. They then said I had to ALSO bet the bonused amount. I have NEVER EVER heard of this and it really ticked me off because I was done for the year. Plus, I had rolled over the deposit like 20 times and just wanted to take out my money with the bonus.

Then, when I went to withdraw it - they charged me $50 to mail a check.

Last week, I got the pre-NFL season flyer from them in the mail trying to lure me back and it said "100% Free Withdrawals!". When I read the fine print in the ad, it basically said that these free withdrawals were only available between like 10 and 2 on Fridays - or some BS like that.

So if I made my withdrawal in that window, I would have $50 more? And of course, nobody told me that! It's just cheesy - although not as bad as places like BetUS.com (who wouldn't allow me to take my DEPOSIT out 5 minutes after making it).

I continue to come back to Intertops.com. They are fabulous. Dr. Jack - you may want to add them to your affiliate list. I've been with them for 10 years with ZERO complaints. In fact, they have even gone above and beyond.
