Betting in England (Tax Laws Question)
Does anyway know for those who live in England when they bet the English betting shops in person or bet online, do they have to pay taxes on their winnings and what is the rate.
And what are the rules for Americans living in England. Are they allowed to have an online account? _______

Thats the beauty of the betting shops when betting cash, you are trace free in terms of your bet/s.

Does that include betting online with those shops like William Hill.
I can't bet them from the states because of the laws here, but I need to have a friend do it over there and was worried about their tax implications of having an online account for me. I know americans can get in person over there but wonder if they live there are they allowed to be online. She is a student over there for two years.
