Can we use some of the same players in that lineup or do we have to pick all different players?

From the rules:

"The Player’s team will consist of any active NFL player or defense that was not been selected to be on BetFirstClass' team that particular week. Players on teams that play in games prior to Sunday in any given week are not eligible and only players playing in Sunday and Monday night games will be permitted. "
