oh not sure about that...checks take one week from Full Tilt. Did you call them and ask them? To be honest I wouldn't be worried they are both pretty reputable sites, but it wouldn't hurt to call and see what's up.

ECheck Problems Abound Right Now

poker king is standing in front of th echeck logo - suggesting with his hands that everything will be ok and there is no need to worry about payment processing After EPassporte quickly decided to stop processing poker transactions last month, many North American residents decided to switch to EChecks. The major poker rooms, including Full Tilt Poker and Pokerstars, opened up the funding option to many of their players, offering it up as an easy-to-use alternative to Epassporte.

Many players quickly switched to the new funding option, finding it a more-than-suitable alternative to Epassporte or any other funding method.

The problem is that in recent weeks, many players have complained that their withdrawals via ECheck have not shown up. I've heard some people say that their withdrawal requests (by ECheck), going all the way back to the middle of April, have not been processed yet.

Pokerstars support have been telling people that they should receive their money by May 8th. Full Tilt Poker support have been saying that the ECheck cashouts should take 3-5 days longer than it usually takes. Either way, there is a lot of money floating around right now that hasn't yet hit people's bank accounts, and many are starting to get nervous.

Pokerstars have said that the problem is on the ECheck processors side, and that they (Pokerstars) are processing withdrawals at their normal speed.

It is unknown at this time what the exact problem is. Many are speculating that the ECheck processor is struggling with its increased workload after many people switched over from Epassporte. Others think that banks may be refusing to accept the ECheck withdrawals, but this doesn't seem to be the case at all. Some are saying that the poker rooms are "out of money", which is completely laughable and untrue. As always, in situations like this, you will have people starting rumors for the sole purpose of freaking other people out. Rooms such as Full Tilt Poker and Pokerstars are not going to stiff you out of your money - you will receive it eventually, one way or another. People that needed the money immediately are certainly feeling the pinch though, and hopefully they will be compensated in some way for being made to wait for so long.

You might want to hold off on withdrawing via ECheck until the situation is resolved.

We realize that this is a problem that is affecting many people right now, so we are going to update this site again as soon as we hear anything. Hopefully this situation is resolved over the next couple of days.

I hope ur kidding????

This is the one reason why FULLTILT doesnt have perfect rating.

They are 100% in everything else as far as software and customer base, but customer service and email support (only thing they offer) is the worst in all of Poker sites.

Banking Options: A-
Support: B
Game Play: A

Security: A+

Traditionally I would bet they take between 3days and 1.5 weeks to respond to ANY email....whatsoever. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE....but first class come everything else.

Alot of sites have similar threads bout the slowness of both of these sites payouts...surf around !.....the answer most came up with when they somehow contacted customer support (not sure how...i will do a search in min) was WE ARE HAVING DELAYS BUT SHOULD BE CAUGHT BACK UP BY JUNE 1st....what that means im not sure???? I highly doubt all payouts wont go out till then...so im sure ur personal email is the best way to find out YOUR truth.

OVERALL I would not be worried about this whatsoever if the money isnt needed badly. These sites are first class when it comes to the billion dollar money making system they are accustomed to, and I highly doubt they want to scare off anyone with slow pays (for long) and no pays (which would be poker-wide damaging.)

Goodluck in ur find.

Hope u dont wait to long Chris -

Here is what I found :

Here is the email u will get after one WEEK.....LMAO!!!

Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Customer Support.

We sincerely apologize for the delay in assisting you....
Rest assured, we will get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience in the meantime.

And here is only phone numbers I could find....but none of them seem to have worked very well for anyone.

"To speak with a representative over the phone, you may contact Tilt Pay Support toll-free at 1-888-TILT-PAY (1-888-845-8729). Please note that the Tilt Pay Support can only assist with deposit issues and are unable to assist with general support questions."

"You may also contact Tilt Pay Support with help on setting up a new
payment processor. To speak with a representative over the phone, you
may contact Tilt Pay Support toll-free at 1-888-TILT-PAY
(1-888-845-8729). Please note that the Tilt Pay Support can only assist
with deposit issues and are unable to assist with general support
questions."

Here is a site that has about 400+ responses and same complaints to read from....hopefully jack and mods are okay with me posting this, as cash out issues from poker rooms are a serious issue and we should have info about them available...plus its nice (well in this case it sucks) to read about others experience .

I will post as soon as a mod OKAYS it..

This is from another site....and Doug is basically the head rep for fulltilt

THIS WAS POSTED ON MAY 5th 2008 YESTERDAY

Re: Full Tilt bank xfers

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I just got word today that the first batch of delayed Bank Transfer withdrawals has been processed (as of this morning) and should start to hit bank accounts within 2-3 days. I think the end of this week / beginning of next week is still a good estimate on when the vast majority of affected players will be seeing their withdrawals.

Very sorry for the extended delay.

Doug

u either are an extremely high roller or one of the few bud...good for u.

but 90% of the internet ESPECIALLY RIGHT NOW (in payment down time) is havign trouble getting any response from them...over 1-2 week waits...but YES they do respond with those one sentence bullshit computer generated responses from support within 3 days....But that is NOT a response...or an answer!

Goodluck in the future reaching them...u have had goodluck thusfar from what the internet is telling me, and my own personal experience...I would have quit them several times now if I relied on there support optons...they took over 3 weeks once to answer a simple question (i emailed it every 3rd day)....but I have way to much money "stuck" in there to bail....
