How Anal is Bodog?
I have an account at bodog and recently put $ in the account using my wife's cc, with her permission of course. When I ask for a payout, I hear I have to fax them a photocopy of the card. Are they gonna refuse the payout cause the card is not in my name? Same last name on the card as mine and same billing address as my account info.

Should've just opened the account in HER name.

well, what's the problem that a bookie can have with 'withdrawls' to a CC that was 'first-deposited' with?

tommy just withdraw using a different method.. i had this problem when i was younger and using my dads credit card
