Line Movements in MLB

Something i've never used in capping my games. But could someone kindly explain to me how i would get the most out of line movement. Is it generally best to wait until almost gametime to figure out were the big money "sharps" are headed or is this not necessary?

I've basically copied all the lines on a spread sheet now and will wait 10 minutes before gametime to see any increase and decrease in the lines and decifer were the big money/sharps are aheaded. Is this the correct way to go with this?

Following line movement works best when a pointspread is involved. With a money line or betting on baseball I personally think it is a waste of time. Just my two cents

I do follow the line moves in the NFL and college football. I don't bet much basketball but probably works better than baseball. I only use it as about 25% of my handicapping

If theres not a pitching change or any change in the injury/weather report, don't pay any attention to it.
