Question Lost Wagers

Quote:
Just found something very disturbing. Went online to see the graded wagers and noticed my 1st round matchups are nowhere to be seen (not even showing that it was posted). I made all 5 plays at the same time. After I place a wager, this is the format that I copy and paste from Pinnicale to here. Sent them an email awaiting the response. I may have to print off EVERY wager from now on. Have a sour taste in my mouth cause I can anticipate the response. Thankfully, I have a full glass of Brandy beside me.
I posted this in the Golf forum as that's what it was relating too. I guess I will now keep my own ledger from now on but has anyone had any luck getting something like this resolved?

Well got a very quick response...not to my liking

"
As we include on our site under Wagering Information: "Pinnacle Sports does not take responsibility for missing or duplicate wagers made by the client and will not entertain discrepancy requests because a play is missing or duplicated. Clients may review their transactions in the Review Account section of the site after each session to ensure all requested wagers were accepted."

In the future we recommend you review your wagers at the end of each session to ensure all wagers were properly requested. You may do this by clicking on the gray "Check Wagers" box after making the last wager of the session. All pending wagers will be displayed for your review. "

You can close the thread now. Need a refill

PG, Something similar happened to with pinny a few years back. From memory it was also on golf wagers. I placed the bets and couldn't find any sign of them. However where my story differs from yours is, I was paid out on what won, even though there was no sign of them. At the time I didn't take any action or question it because it ended ok.
Sorry to hear it didn't work out so well for you. I doubt it was anything deliberate from them maybe a software error. Think I'll be keeping a copy of my wagers with them from now on.

Thanks Dave. I knew it was a shot in the dark trying to get them but as I stated in the golf thread, I went 1-1 sa they kinda cancelled out. Beleive me, I have a new folder in the office for all my wagers plus I keep an electronice copy. If they F*** me again...cashing out and joining a new book.

This happened to me a few times in the past, at a few different shops. I never questioned it though, I always just assumed that I forgot to confirm my wagers....One time though, I was positive that 4 golf (me too) wagers disappeared from my Cascade (when they were still a solid book) account. When I contacted them, they told me there was a software issue that morning and Lenny credited my account accordingly. FWIW, all 4 were winners and were fairly nice size wagers. Fortunately, he took my word for it.

I still don't print out my wagers like I should, but I do tend to check the pending wagers more often.....Good thing you went 1-1, it'll be easier to forget that way.....
