Louisville Man one pick away from 1 million

http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/news/story?id=3719851

picked bc over wake tonight, must have been sweating his balls off.....

Jordan Fulkerson is one win away from becoming the first ESPN Streak for the Cash winner.

Streak for the Cash

Jordan Fulkerson, from Louisville, Ky., has the longest streak to date in ESPN's Streak for the Cash. Check it out here. Fulkerson's streak
• More: Fulkerson's profile
Fulkerson, from Louisville, Ky., successfully picked Boston College to beat Wake Forest on Saturday to get his 24th win in a row. The 25th correct pick will be worth a $1 million prize.

Another player, Katie Kaufmann, from Minneapolis, reached 23 wins on Saturday night with Oregon State's last-second win over Arizona. Kaufmann also picked Boston College earlier in the day and could claim the $1 million prize in a tiebreaker (the first tiebreaker states that if more than one person reaches 25 wins on the same day, the higher overall winning percentage claims the grand prize; Kaufmann has lost just three times in 33 picks thus far, while Fulkerson has lost 16 times and pushed once in 51 picks through Saturday).

One other player has 22 wins, but would fall short of Kaufmann in the tiebreaker.

Fulkerson began his current streak on Oct. 29 with a soccer pick (three goals or more in the Ajax-Heracles Almelo game). His 22nd win was a rugby game Saturday morning (South Africa over England) and he got to 23 with Clemson's 13-3 win over Virginia. That tied him with Scott Conant, who had 23 wins heading into Saturday.

Conant lost his streak when he picked Wake Forest, which lost to Boston College 24-21.

During his streak, Fulkerson has picked seven NBA games, six college football games, six NFL games, two golf tournaments (Davis Love with a better nine-hole score than Chris DiMarco on Oct. 30 and Billy Andrade with a better nine-hole score than Carlos Franco on Oct. 31), the rugby game, the initial soccer game and the presidential election (where he had Barack Obama straight up over John McCain on Nov. 4).

cant even do that because the girl at 23 picks has the tiebreaker, and you know she'll be trying to do 2 picks tomorrow

well he could take the first pick of the day and then hedge it and will be guaranteed...because she must make 2 picks and can't make the 2nd pick until the first one is complete..should be easy for him to hedge if he has the resources...dude is almost guaranteed 10k because nobody will beat him outright for the 2nd best streak

dont understand the obama thing either...joined that contest last night after hearing about it and the match ups they offered today were almost evenly matched in terms of spread...no high chalk offerings this day

all picks are normally pk-3 pt spreads, but they usually have action on main games like MNF, SNF, et cetera...Prezidential election was just for that day, cuz its a big event I think..Easiest choice theyve ever offered

And LMAO at pickin cAROLIna...

I wonder if this guy is aware of spreads and shit to begin with

Well I guess I can understand the election bet being a one time deal but what about the soccer total the guy picked in the game between the teams from god knows where??? Ajax vs ALmelo? lol Hardly a mainstream marquee matchup there, I doubt Dave NZ has even heard of those teams.
