im new to this and i want to send money to open an over seas account. i live in usa and it seems that western union is the best and easiest way to send and receive money if you win.. is this correct? i have been told that credit cards probably will be rejected if you send money and you cant receive money using them. any and all advice will be helpful thanks...

Moneygram to deposit and postal cashier check for withdraws are the way to go IMO.

BTW.. Don't use WU unless they cover your fees.. too expensive.
