Looks like big mistake from my bookie, so I'm asking for advice.
I've got Iowa (+15) -119 vs Northwestern (-15) -119
although Iowa is listed as favorite and SU odds are -400 and +270

Will Iowa win, or in case they lose, will they cover those 15 points

If he actually lets an obvious mistake stand, more power to you, and f-him. Almost any sportsbook would tell you that in the case of something like that, it's no play.
