since I just opened a bet jamaica account and cappersmall account will I not be considered active every 7 days for the month or can I start being active within 7 days of opening my account

pretty sure you have to be active once every 7 days buckeye. So I would say that you probably will only get 25% of prize if you win.

even though I just opened my bet jam acct on the 12th-the account wouldnt be considered inactive since it didnt exist yet-is there a way I can find out for sure cause I will make some plays this month if so and if not I'll wait till next month

Jack will tell you for sure, but I think you have to be active by placing a wager every seven days once the contest starts.
