I played at BetJam last year and really enjoyed it. I want to open up more accounts so I can search for better prices on different games. My problem is that I don't play big bucks so some of the fees that i'm seeing for cash outs seem to be quite redicoulous. What books other than BetJam will send me a cashiers check at the end of the season at little or no cost to me, any?!?
