Thumbs down Worst Book Ever! Bookmaker.com Should Be Taken Off of Cappersmall.com

Guys, Bookmaker.com/?cmpid=4437" target="_blank">Bookmaker.com is the worst.

I deposited $750.00 and they gave me a bonus automatically. I lost it all over a weeks time and there were $3.00 left in the account. Look at the trouble they are giving me.

Take my advice. Use Betjm.com, Bookmaker.com/?cmpid=4437" target="_blank">Bookmaker.com is the worst book i've ever experienced.

Check out my Convo Below with Customer Service.
Please wait for a site operator to respond.

You are now chatting with 'CS - Pablo'

CS - Pablo: Welcome to the Live Chat Support. How may I help you today?

bkr74877: How long does it take to cash out? I requested last night yet, my money is still available

CS - Pablo: Can you please confirm your password?

bkr74877: ***********

CS - Pablo: The time frame to process a payout is up to 7-10 business days

bkr74877: haha you have to be kidding

CS - Pablo: Sir, every Ewallet deposit has a clearing period of 5 business days

CS - Pablo: You need to wait for the last deposit to clear to request the payout

bkr74877: What does my transaction with ewallet have to do with this?

CS - Pablo: That's the procedure for Ewallet Express which is very clear at the cashier.

bkr74877: So after it clears, when is my check written?

CS - Pablo: You need to wait 5 business days to be able to request the withdraw

CS - Pablo: After that the payout department will review your account and will process the payout

bkr74877: 5 days after it clears? (So 7 days to clear + 5 days after = 12 days?)

CS - Pablo: 7-10 business days is the time frame it usually take less time.

CS - Pablo: And you need to keep in mind that you requested a 20% bonus

CS - Pablo: that has a 5 times rollover

bkr74877: I did not have a 20% bonus on this deposit

bkr74877: I did not have any bonus and I do not want a 5 x rollover bonus.

CS - Pablo: You already used the free play bonus, now you have to complete the rollover

bkr74877: I just redeposited. My account was empty

CS - Pablo: No sir, you had 3 dollars.

CS - Pablo: The rollover is over only if your account hits $0

CS - Pablo: .Or if you complete the requirement

bkr74877: Thats ridiculus. What if I never redeposited?

CS - Pablo: Sir, you requested the bonus and you had money on your account, so the rollover will continue.

CS - Pablo: And you received a casino bonus as well.

CS - Pablo: Casino Token on August 13 with a 20 times rollover for 69.23

bkr74877: 20x Rollover!? Insanity

bkr74877: I'm posting this on cappersmall.com and I hope you lose business from it. I'm never using your site again. Worst Book and Customer Service Ever.

No he didn't.

He said he redeposited once the account got down to $3.

Because it was at $3 and not $0, they're telling him he still has the rollover of 20x before he could cash out.

He didn't specify what he wanted to withdraw.

He's saying he still had $3 when he re-deposited. Now they're telling him that because of the remaining $3, he is still under the rollover agreement from his first deposit (whatever that was).

I have not PMed Jack yet.

I'm still so pissed I have to calm down a day or two.

I was not trying to withdraw $3.00. I lost $747.00 and $3.00 was left over. Because the account was not at $0.00, they are claiming that my redeposit of $150.00 yesturday goes towards any bonus I received from my first deposit because I didn't lose all of it ($3.00 was left).

As for $$$'s comment, yes I did complain about that because I deposit thousands of dollars annualy through betjm and because I took a month off it shouldn't make me INACTIVE. I am definately ACTIVE throughout the year. I understand why the rule is in place but, I wish there was some leniency for people who do play year round but maybe not every 7 days within a POD month.

The rollover rules are clear at every site, so what they said is nothing shocking. Except the 20x rollover is alot for that site. But then agian it was for a casino token as the CSR rep said, so it had a higher rollover.

7-10 days for a payout is not a long time for a online book. Even though some books are able to do it in 24-48 hrs. others can take 1-2 months.

The CSR Rep you talked to should of just let you give up $3 and process the remaining withdraw, which this will prob. happen.

The reason why Bookmaker.com/?cmpid=4437" target="_blank">Bookmaker is a top book is: (just a few of them)

They have early lines on most sporting events.
They Payout in a decent time limit.
They accept larger limits that most books wont.

The Book is a top notch book, I dont really think its fair to bash the whole book like in your title of this thread, just because a CSR REP was not up to par. I will be the first to admit there Customer Service needs some work. The Book itself is however solid. With that being said, GL with your withdraw. I am sure it will workout.

The 20x rollover was on the casino bonus he received...

It was a 5x rollover for his initial deposit rollover.

I've never had problems with any Bookmaker.com/?cmpid=4437" target="_blank">Bookmakers, always used Canbet, Pinnacle and StanJames. They've always been trust worthy.

I'm sorry but, I don't agree.

Here is another email I recieved just this morning. This is relating to this "bonus" they gave me. It seems now they have "combined" the total amount of rollover from the casino and sportbook bonuses.

you must play $1326 more before you can request a withdrawal . the
total amount was $1590. ( a $1590 rollover for not even $200 in bonus money...wow)

Don't hesitate to contact us with any inquiry you might have, we will
be glad to help you in the best way possible.

It's getting ridiculus.

On another note: They are claiming they must wait for EWalletExpress to "clear" the funds. I have used EWalletExpress for many things on the internet and my transaction with them has never related to withdrawls from any of the other sites including UltimateBet.Com (Poker site). I was able to deposit money, play with it for 24 hours (standard) and then withdrawl. Why does my transaction with ewallet (who is extending the funds to me immediately) only cause a "7-10" day waiting period on Bookmaker.com?

I'm certain it's just a way for Bookmaker to keep my money on the site so I keep playing with it. Their money is guaranteed from ewallet. Ewallet is taking the risk on me, letting me deposit, not Bookmaker.

Not a good book. I'm sorry it's just not.
