AL Trade

Buddy of mine called me asking what I thought about a trade. His team is very weak on offense esp at OF bigtime, i dont have his team in front of me, but he was offered a deal since.


He would get Valverde and Lind

and give up Rivera and Luke Scott.


He has Soriano and Jenks for closers so he would still have Velverde, Jenks and Soriano which is huge since its AL only.

I kinda like it since I think Lind could have huge year and would still have 3 closers with only 2 needed to start. Thoughts?

Yea, I think Ill tell him he should. His offense blows and he has 3 of the 15 closers in the AL, thats huge.

if he has 3 of the 15 closers... and can start 2. Depending on the size of the league, he should be able to get more for Rivera. IMO
