Anyone every play a salary cap baseball league?

I'm joining this league that has been around 15 years. League fee is $260, but seems interesting. First five rounds have a certain value and then it goes to an auction. They pick a letter out of a hat and then you bid on those players. I'm trying to get Carlos Gonzalez for $4 from a previous owner who left the league.

I do an AL only league. $260 11 team (1 team dropped out). Auction Drafts are more fun in my opinion because you really are competing during the draft as well as the regular season.

Plus it makes finding sleepers better.
