Minor League Players

Buster Posey and Aroldis Chapman have been dropped in my league. My backup catcher is Varitek because V Mart is my starter.

My 2 bench pitcher are Wandy and Piniero, I like Piniero.

Do I drop Wandy and take a flier on Chapman, Same with Posey?

Cant say I agree. You would drop Wandy for Chapman? Posey worthless until he gets full time at bats and only way thats gonna happen is if Molina just stinks up the joint which he hasnt thus far.

Ok I agree with Posey

but what about Wandy? hold on to him for a little more or drop him to stash Chapman. My one concern is I don't see Chapman ever getting thru the 6th inning lol

As great as I think Chapman can be I dont think he can outproduce Wandy at this point. Stashing arms who havent produced at the major league level is a 50/50 prop anyways. I need to visit this forum more later tonight. GL

Wandy has improved the last three years but I am wondering if the career high in IP he had last year will take a toll on him like it has done to a few pitchers. Thing that concerns me about Chapman is playing in that launching pad of a stadium. He throws cheese but misses spots and in that stadium makes him prone to loses baseballs. JMO
