Need opinions!!!

Ok, so getting smoked in one of my leagues. 5X5 league with 13 teams. Each team has 2 starters a position with five outfielders. Some of my players aren't hitting well (Fat ass Fielder). There is NOTHING on the waiver wire, but I have first pick:

Do I take Daric Barton? I have Fielder and Garrett bench Atkins. Seems like Atkins isn't playing much anymore.

Do I pick up Will Venable? I have Damon, A Jackson, Heyward, J Hamilton, and Crawford, but could use him as a DH.

Do I take Ricky Romero? My starters have been terrible but are Verlander, Haren, Cain, Hughes, Harden, Feldman, Millwood.

Here is what is available besides these players:

Hitters: Andruw Jones, Jose Batista, Austin Kearns and Tyler Colvin.
Pitchers: Silva, Livan H, Fister and Braden.

Like Braden and Romero as possible pickups. Verlander ship his rear somewhere if possible. Venable is a third option. Barton is a last resort doesnt give you the numbers you need for a corner slot.
