Pitcher errors and earned runs.......

I think if a pitcher makes an error and the guy scores it should be an earned run. It was his fault in the first place. In most leagues the pitcher does not get the error deducted from his total but it goes as an unearned run.

Thoughts?

Can you make a deduction for errors across the board? I hate it when a douche 2b makes an error w 2 outs and gives the batting team another chance to knock in runs while racking up my SP's pitch count...costing me points.
