Rich Harden Bust or Boom?

I have been reading mixed reports on the guy and havent had the opportunity to watch him pitch over the spring. I currently have him in a league but I am thinking of shopping him or altogether dropping him. Was looking for opinions. I am aware of his injury prone past and his ability to miss bats but I am wondering if this is going to be an off year. Thx
