Twins & Astros Closer????

Anybody have any idea? Now that Nathan is out. I checked alot of different sites and it seems to be Jon Rauch or Matt Guerrier.

I have Guerrier on my team and was wondering if it was worth keeping him.

My other problem with closers is that I drafted Brandon Lyon (Hou). Now I hear that he will be fighting Matt Lindstrom for the job.

And Lindstrom is still available on the wire.

What to do??

Drop Guerrier and pick up Lindstom?

Any thoughts?

I picked up Lindstrom. Lyon is still a little hurt right, I'd say it's lindstroms job as of right now. The Twins will prob do closer by committee if they don't trade for one. I have 6 closers on my roster lol, closers so valuable in my league. Bailey, Capps, Lindstrom, Dotel, Perez, and Marmol

Thanks Mac

I just saw this on yahoo...

While Liriano has been told he's still competing for a spot in the rotation, there are indications the Twins may ultimately move Liriano to closer, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports. "There's one guy we all know that probably can be a closer," manager Ron Gardenhire said. "He's got all the closing stuff, punch-out pitches, the whole package. Whether it's the right thing, and whether he wants to do it or not, we'll have to see."

I thoght he was hurt, but it does'nt seem to be to bad...

Dotel (oblique) will pitch in a minor league game on Monday, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.

Recommendation: He was scheduled to pitch against the Rays on Sunday but the game was rained out. Dotel has yet to pitch in a Grapefruit League game. The Pirates still believe Dotel has enough time to properly prepare himself for the start of the regular season without going on the DL.

Dotel won't start for me, i'm trying to deal him or lindstrom for Edwin Jackson since guy only has 1 closer and like 9 SP, Jackson isn't even his 6th best starter

I have Jackson, he is having a tough spring. Teams are hitting him hard, But I believe he will have a good season.
