I would have tried to get another pitcher back in the deal
I never like doing 2 for 1s cause if your guy gets hurt... you lose 3 players and gain 0 plus your pitching isn't THAT deep... |

I'd take it and run! You're getting 1st round talent and a top 10 hitter (arguably top 5). Price's wins are gonna take a hit with that line up and playing the AL East. Sanchez is a bit too inconsistent for my taste and I've never been high on him(although he does play in the NL West). With the depth in SP this year I'm sure you wouldn't take ahit too much with your staff and you can always play the matchup game off the waiver wire.
if this is a keeper league I think it's even more of a no brainer. If someone offered me this trade I'd feel that Xmas came early. |

you're pitching isn't that great. What does your OF look like now? Maybe throw in a OF and get a SP back

Forgot to mention, but as for trying to get a pitcher out of it I'd recommend against it. I actually think you're staff is fine without those 2. Seems obvious the other guy is looking for SP help and you run the risk of getting too greedy. Who knows...maybe he'll get a better offer from someone else, maybe he gets cold feet, etc.
