That's insane, and Whistler is such a beautiful place, I'm sure if there was a notice for adoption for say two weeks all of them or atleast 90 would of been picked up.

Your boss tells you to go kill 100 dogs so you just go do it??? Guy sounds liek a total friggen weirdo and should be arrested. Anyone who just "does what the boss tells em" and goes and massacres 100 dogs should not be roaming the general public I mean think about it, Kill 100 dogs??? A dog is the closest thing to a human as far as animals go pretty much. Killing one dog for me would be insanely brutal to do, I could only see myself doing it if it was attacking me or my child. But just lining them up and killing 100 of them Like I said, dude should not be in public Only thing that could be worse is if he said he slit their throats one by one. Sorry for the graphic pic but this is just unreal, kind of things that just makes you wonder wtf is wrong with people.
