Anyone know where I can watch these episodes online. Ive been looking cant really find one, usually watch in on fox.com but they only have the last 3 episodes now

Im confused, does anyone watch this and what comes first in season 7. This is listing 24 Redemption and than episode 1. I thought Redemption came in the middle of the season and was to bridge the gap because the writers strike happened in the middle of the season? Im probably wrong, which do I watch first Redemption or episode 1?
