2nd half wager question
is overtime generally included or not included when you make a 2nd half wager on college basketall?

always as far as I know includes overtime in all sports

Yes.....that is why the 2nd half total is ALWAYS higher than the 1st half as they factor in the possible OT.

eg: 1st half line is 62 ..... 2nd half line is 74
