3 point dogs -- can someone test this theory?

The more I watch college and pro, the more I am coming to believe that 3 point lines are almost all bullshit lines...lines set because the books know they don't have to set the correct line because bettors will get on the favorite no matter what......this year in pro i would have to check my numbers but 3 point dogs have come in at around 67-75%.

I'm wondering if anyone has a database where they can sort the last year or two's games into 3 point lines and see how often the dog wins SU and covers ATS...it could be an angle worth pursuing blindly or as a capping angle
