3 rules I'd change in sports - what would you change?

I'd change the baseball divisions. Why the hell do they have 6 teams in a division and 4 in another.

I'd change the pass interference call to like the college rule. Forget chucking it up and getting lucky and getting it at the 1 yard line.

I'd get rid of Interleague play. It had lost its steam.

How about you?

1. Last 3 minutes of an NFL game if the winning team does not move the ball forward by at least 1 yard the clock stops, tired of watching team put their knee down for the last 2 minutes of the game and just waste that time.

2. MLB one challenge by each manager through the first 7 innings(except for homerun calls always should use instant replay to make sure) and in the 8th and 9th innings video replay should be used for any close play

3. NHL right now if puck hits netting the game stops and a faceoff occurs, would rather see it stay live and wherever the puck comes down they just keep on playing, keep the flow of the game going and some crazy bounces can lead to some scoring.

DH gone for sure.

Diving in soccer is an automatic red card.

I would also make ok for one player to be offside in soccer, just to add some excitement.

3rd strike catcher drops ball runner can still advance to 1st base(what for) your out

no timeouts in last 2 minutes of basketball games(get it over with)

no overtime in NHL( a tie is a tie) impress me in the first 60 minutes

W/ Knobber on the DH--GET RID OF IT. Hate that shit.

Also like to move NCAA 3-pt line back to where the NBA's is.

I also like the NCAA football rule about stopping the clock after 1st down. Would like to see that in the NFL. A lot more comebacks.

I agree with capt on this:

1. Last 3 minutes of an NFL game if the winning team does not move the ball forward by at least 1 yard the clock stops, tired of watching team put their knee down for the last 2 minutes of the game and just waste that time.

2. Soccer. The linesmen should have to cover the whole length of the sidelines

3. I no longer want the ref the timekeeper in soccer. Should be an official timekeeper.

4. Goal line tech is needed in soccer.

1. Instant replay available in all sports.. Lets get the calls right.. Especially in MLB

2. I think it would be awesome if every time we scored a touchdown you had to go for 2 points. It would be pretty exciting... I know it wont happen but would be cool to me..

3. I would like to see both leagues the same in MLB especially for Interleauge. I actually like the DH better than havin pitcher hit so they both should have DH in both leagues..

1. Get rid of the DH, immediately (You don't get to play baseball without a glove)
2. Flops in NBA same as a flagrant foul. (starting to look like soccer)
3. 15 yard penalty for PI in the NFL (These calls tend to be game changers with spot of the foul calls)

i agree with this. rangers fans get all excited when they're in 1st place but they only have to compete with 3 other teams and 2 of those teams suck.

1. Add DH slot to NL and get rid of the pitcher, nobody wants to see Matt Cain swing a bat.

2. Move the NBA 3pt line about 3 feet closer, its way too far back

3. In the NFL, let WR take a running start like in the Arena League

Agreed. Dumbest rule ever. Why does the pitcher get punished for throwing such nasty stuff that his own catcher cant handle it?
