Most books just ask for a photo copy of your credit card and ID then they let you withdraw, I do not know if that is how this book works. I skip all the middle men like neteller and just use E-check. I have been using that for about a year now and have never had a issue. I would call the book and ask if you can just fax in a copy of the CC and your ID.

it has nothing to do with photo id… ppl can charge back credit card chargebacks so they make u wait 30 days so u can’t bet, cash out and charge back the original deposit… u can thank all the credit card scammers for this and all books have this policy if they even let u use ur credit card to deposit… most dont

All books do this for the reason mentioned above. A credit card charge can be disputed until it is actually paid.
