I still have a problem with them putting me on hold for 20 minutes this morning. How hard is it to check my status for a withdrawal? Add the internet problems this week (I've had them too Bob) and I've wasted a decent amount of my valuable time. But nothing is perfect I guess.

But they are good at posting lines early and good at deflecting money with all of their extra line offerings.

Only book I use now besides the local.

EXACTLY Bob.

Sometimes, I see this, 3x, then on the 4th attempt, I'm logged in.

Sometimes, all I get is that above message.

I use them if I don't want my local, and usually it's last minute stuff.
So, that's why it sucks when this happens.
