5 Dimes Question

5 Dimes claims they don't charge a fee for credit card deposits but all my deposits this month are charged payable to them and then an additional fee of 3.5% of my deposit also payable to them. It has now done this on 5 deposits. My last deposits before this month were in April and that deposit was not charged extra or any of my other deposits before then. i contacted 5 Dimes but they say they aren't charging me but my credit card says that they are paying the fee to the same company.

Anyone know what is going on?
