5 Dimes Reduced Juice

Does anyone here get 5 Dimes reduced vig on 2h wagers? Does it even exist?

I got a mailer that says they have it and when I call em on it they say its available for the bigger/televised games.

Anyone know anything? I don't get any bonuses from 5 Dimes so I already get reduced vig options for every full game.
