Currency exchange. (Don't like how 5dimes only uses USD, it screws around with the exchange rate)

Quality Customer Service (like a book that has customer service that speaks english that isn't difficult to understand)

Fast Payouts

Variety of Sports (I like playing a lot of international sports and there are a ton of books that are limited to the North American based sports)

User Friendly (Some sportsbooks have an easier set up than others.)

Best Lines
Easy use ( Sportsinteraction lines suck, but everything is smooth and easy )
Easy Transactions ( Deposit / Withdrawal )
Totals available ( Real bad at MVP and some others )
Availablity of games ( Variety of games and alt lines )

Customer service speaks understandable english is a big plus !
