50 Foot Downspout Extention :

3 hours , 6 pack and half pack of smokes...

Pretty good job ,with no experience ,

had a downpout sitting at back end of garage ,
water would build up,

wanted to prevent water in basement

so i ran a 50 foot side extention attached to side of house
sloped slightly downwards
with predrilled holes in bricks
screws in brackets , nice neat job ,

took a plumbers torch to heat ends of spouts
since they were each same size,
squeeze,
make fit together

now water runs 10 feet away from end of house ...

not bad for a rookie ...
