It means you have to wager the bonus amount 3 times and can't withdraw earlier than 30 days.

No id needed, just make the ordinary deposit and email me your pin# jack@cappersmall.com and I will take care of the bonus.

It's your money. You can bet $5 (45x) (not sure of math) if you want.

It's so someone does not win a $100.00 contest or bonus, play 1 game for $100.00, win and cashout. So they make you play it a minmium of 3x before you can cash that out.
