Action /Taking breaks?
How many of us have some kind of action on a daily basis? Do any of you take "breaks" from gambling during the year? If so, how long and does it help you?
For me, This past year i have prolly had action on a daily basis everyday except maybe 3 wks outta the year.. Kinda crazy. I did take a couple wks off during the baseball season this past year. I am thinking a break is prolly good to get rid of some of the stress that goes along with this hobby. Its tough not to look at lines each day,,almost 2nd nature now. |

Time off is good. I took a week off not long ago, and have been doing well since coming back.

Breaks are good for everyone now and then. When things are really going south, I take a week or two off, analyze why I've been losing, try to tweak the approach, and get better at it. Time off helps..........
