just a stock ive been keeping my eye on. had big movement AH just wondering if anyone knew why?

hmm idk why but now i cant see anything on it where it was up $2 AH. yahoo finance was showing it when i posted and i thought i seen something about insider trading somewhere. anyone else know anything about it?

Looks like just a 2600 block @ $20. Wouldn't think anything of it.
Saw some postings about management selling shares though. Makes investor confidence low.
