Given that we have a slight altitude advantage 2200 ft AND a semi-arid climate (we even have a desert within 50 mi.) Im goin with Whitehorse.

The II's were a pretty weak effort. The III's were a little better, but they really stepped up their game with the IV's.

Humid air is lighter than dry air, so a golf ball would have less trouble cutting through humid air.
