Alcohol consumption

Is there one kind of alcohol that might be safer for your liver? Is drinking vodka, and better for you than drinking whiskey? Or getting tankered on wine better for you than beer? I prob have been getting hammered twice a week for 25 years.....I am now 42, and recently had a 57 year old friend die from his liver failing and he was a heavy drinker (beer).....maybe ones better for your liver, but is not good for another part of your body.....just curious

I would say wine, but....

Let's be clear. Alcoholism will kill you dead. Drunk driving will kill you, and probably multiple children along the way. There are no medical benefits to chronic drunkenness.

But for all the times booze gets us in trouble, every now and then it acts like a trusty sidekick, coming in to help us out of potentially embarrassing and life-threatening situations in ways we never thought possible.

the liver processes the alcohol the same.

clearer alcohol is better for your body in general.

anything with color is sludge in your body.
coke and pepsi. whiskey and rum.
like your oil after 4,000 miles if you don't change it.
but constantly if you drink it.

im not a doctor, but ive been told this by my doctor.

this is the correct answer, wine is good at breaking up saturated fat in the arteries and red wine also contains resveratrol which is like a natural viagara and testosterone boost

although you can get resveratrol in a powder or capsule much more concentrated, like 100 bottles a pill

but for the liver, all alcohol is the same
