I've had accounts with BetJamaica, 5dimes, and Bookmaker for several years now and no problems. As far as the fees go you have to work that out with customer service, I say just talk to them about the options and decide what suits your needs.
They offer 1 free payout per month (usually) and bank wires are not expensive. I have used western union and Money Gram to send and receive funds for 12 years. They are a little sensitive when dealing with greater than $1500. That is where the Bank wire option is usefull. Safe range to stay under the radar would be $2500-4500. Good luck Make a list of your books and their phone #s in case the web sites are down.
