No gambling here, so we can't help you. This is just a needy boys' club talking shite, especially those texas, chicago, Southern Cal and philadelphia guys. Oh and Canadian ones too.

I've had accounts with BetJamaica, 5dimes, and Bookmaker for several years now and no problems. As far as the fees go you have to work that out with customer service, I say just talk to them about the options and decide what suits your needs.
They offer 1 free payout per month (usually) and bank wires are not expensive.
I have used western union and Money Gram to send and receive funds for 12 years.
They are a little sensitive when dealing with greater than $1500.
That is where the Bank wire option is usefull. Safe range to stay under the radar would be $2500-4500.
