All right..where do the bullets go ?

whenever we are shown videos of these crazy people with automatic weapons celebrating whatever, they are firing shots into the air.... so really, where in the hell do these bullets land ? How far up in the air do they go ?

By rights they ought to come right back where they came from.

I would think these videos would also show people ducking from the incoming .

Yup, what goes up, must come down, well now I've got the song by Blood Sweat and Tears in my head, I even remember back in the day Sadam asking the people to stop shooting up in the air since they can kill when they come down. Quickly googling it I have to say a bullet will go up around a mile.
