This dude will never get bailed out, and he probably won't live long in jail, unless they have him separated from the rest of the population. I have seen on TV where some jails put the sex criminals in a separate area, but that's the only way a guy like that doesn't get shanked.

A female teacher in a Los Angeles elementary school acted as a procurer, providing girls for a male colleague’s sex games, a lawyer for some alleged victims has claimed in a growing sex scandal.

Brian Claypool told the New York Daily News: “I believe she aided and abetted him in carrying out abusive acts. I am 100% sure this (female) teacher had to have known something.”

Entire Miramonte staff replaced

Lewd The “him” Claypool referred to is teacher Mark Berndt, who allegedly spoon-fed students his semen and photographed the “tasting game” at the Miramonte Elementary School in Los Angeles. Another male teacher is accused of groping a student in Grade 2.

Berndt, 61, is charged with 23 counts of lewd behaviour with students, authorities said.

Claypool told the Daily News he spoke to two girls independently who alleged the female teacher would “pick out two pretty girls and walk them over to the door” of Berndt’s classroom.

“They had adjoining classrooms, and he’d come in every other day in the middle of the day, and he’d go up to her and whisper in her ear. She’d start giggling,” Claypool was quoted as saying by the Daily News.

Claypool represents five victims in the case.

Berndt often substituted for the unidentified female teacher, Claypool alleged, and brought them food with the warning not to tell their parents.

“He made homemade cookies with semen as the cream and fed it to the kids.”

The Daily News quoted a source with the District Attorney’s Office as saying they were not aware of any incidents involving a female teacher.

The Miramonte Elementary School was closed Tuesday and Wednesday. About 100 parents held a protest and march on Monday morning following disclosures of the alleged abuse and arrests.

When the school, which has 1,500 students, reopens Thursday, the entire 120 staff will be new.

By Monday night, district authorities had pledged to transfer the entire staff elsewhere during the investigation into Berndt and another teacher, Martin Springer.

Springer, 49, was arrested Friday and charged Tuesday with three counts of groping a girl in his classroom. The 26-year veteran teacher was fired by the Los Angeles Unified School District on Tuesday.

He has pleaded not guilty. The arrest had involved allegations by two students, but one recanted, the Los Angeles Times reported.

While authorities alleged no conspiracy on the part of the teachers, one girl has claimed she was the victim of both.

The Los Angeles Times reported Saturday she and her parents complained to school officials in 2008 after she brought home peculiar pictures from Berndt’s Grade 2 class.

She was transferred to Springer’s class where he allegedly fondled her leg and thigh in his classroom, the Times quotes a source as saying.

Officials also admitted last week that the Sheriff’s Department investigated but dismissed claims made 18 years ago by a girl against Berndt.

Evidence has mounted of a district that systematically ignored allegations of adults abusing children.

Another mother alleged this week that authorities ignored her when she first brought them evidence her 11-year-old son was receiving love letters from a teacher’s aide. That case is also part of the sex scandal investigation now, the Times reported.

Berndt, a teacher for 32 years, was fired one year ago after the Los Angeles Unified School District learned of a Sheriff’s Department investigation into the allegations. He remains in jail on $23 million bail.
