Alleged rape investigation for brother: Talk to detective or lawyer up ?
My brother was banging his neighbor and she even asked for a threesome with his friend a month after she claimed rape. His friend is willing to testify.
She claimed he raped her a month after the fact. Do you tell him to talk with the detective freely as the story is solid, or do I tell him to get a lawyer before he talks to the detective who is doing the investigation ? It is clearly a lie and a jury would never go for her far fetched story.

Thanks for any advice.

Anything like this I would say get a lawyer. You don't want to say the wrong thing that could be taken to mean something else - let the lawyer do all the talking.

i have friends who are always hitting on chicks and they are married....not me...I ain't looking for love because love = money and i don't want to spend more...the wifey and i are happy so i will keep it that way

First I am a sis, not a bro...LOL...
Second that is a bit of an insult as these people at Cappers Mall are not dgenerate gamblers. Keith is a lawyer, pwherr is a Master Mechanic, I am a Landscape Architect. Not everyone that gambles is a degenerate.
For some its a fun hobby. No offense either, but I know some of these people and respect their opinions outside of sports betting. Be well fade machine and thanks for the post.

BC.. Just tell him to glue his mouth shut until he sees a well versed lawyer.. Seriously, that is the best advice
