If it breaks 23, definitely bullish my friends. Has tested it 2 straight days. Its 52 week high was April 25th, which was 23.40.

Here is the 6 month chart.

Check out the 5 day chart, LOOKS REAL INTERESTING. It has been riding the SMA200 all the way up and the SMA200 and SMA50 are moving closer and closer to connecting, which means the stock is going to either bust over 23 or take a little tumble. I would say it stays BULLISH, until it breaks the SMA200 on the 5 day chart
