idk seems risky to me, i think there is a reason these people are online looking for a loan and not at a bank especially with some of the rates, they could easily get better at a bank IMO

If they had perfect credit and were not high risk I'm sure they would.

Personally I wouldn't touch this for an investment I would feel more comfortable betting games or playing BlackJack.
