Alternator belt in a '97 Ford Probe

How the hell do you replace it?

Hopefully its just the belt and not the Alternator, because that looks like you have to disassemble the whole freaking car to get to it.

Anybody got any advise on this? Its not my car, but for some dumb reason this has become my Saturday project. Well, this and a bottle of Captain Morgan Tattoo

Probe's are the shit, I pulled a lot of bitches in High School in my '93 Probe GT. Black with silver tint and silver mags, loaded with leather. That car was tight.

Shouldn't this question have been posted in WildKat's "Technical Support" thread?

Young girls do not know the difference. That is what is great about Probes, one chick told me she thought it was a Porche at first glance.

Affordable pussy that is what it's all about. That should have been Ford's advertising campaign.

Thanks Cat. Looks like a pain in the ass to work on. Hoping its just the belt, but even that looks like a bitch.
