Everyone knows, or should know, there is nothing like good local inside info when capping a game.

Within each section pretianing to actual sports, you should have a "locals update" mini-link.

Members who live in various area of the country could update with information that only a local would have. For instance, weather, injuries, local sports radio or newspaper key info, inside injury status, ect.....

For instance, there re places like Iowa where no one ever, ever goes but like Upinya could update us what going on with the Hawkeyes..
