Another Poker Stars Tale

Was playing in a SNG last night where the same dude was dealt pocket 7's three hands in a row

Ended up with quad 7's the first hand, trip 7's the second hand, and a full house on the third with King over 7's

Last I saw he had 14 million chips as I exited in 4th

I had AA 3 times in a cash game within an hour the other night at Stars, and lost all 3 hands. Lost to QQ (both of us all-in preflop, Q on the flop), QK offsuit (after a flop of 10/A/3, Jack on the river), and to 4/5 suited when the donk made a straight on the turn. Last two, I made hefty bets on the flop and the idiots called. I'm really to the point that I think it's best to just fold AA, KK, and QQ at that place and play small PP's and suited connectors. I don't know my exact stats, but I bet AA wins less than 40% of the time for me there...........

Had AA last night also, 5 players left. First guy has about 800, he goes all in, I call with about 2000, third guys has 4000 and goes all in after me, I call him. First guy has KK, I have AA, third guys has 88

Of course an 8 comes up on the flop and he wins with trip 8's. AA is about a 30% prop at best there

You might be onto something there. Seems like every time I withdraw, I go on a nice little run, then get stagnant if I leave the money in.............
