Another reason to visit Minnesota

The biggest indoor water park in the world opened here today

Right by the Mall of America

And hopefully in the next couple days, we get new stadiums for the Twins and Gophers, and maybe the Vikings

Legislature is close to voting on it and it looks as good as it ever has

A great day to be a sports fan here in Minnesota

The Minnesota Legislature passed bills early this morning authorizing new stadiums for the Minnesota Twins and the Minnesota Gophers

ETA on Gophers stadium 2009, Twins Stadium 2010

The Gophers stadium will be on campus where football should be played, while the new Twins stadium will be right in the heart of downtown Minneapolis

Legislators did not see the urgency to deal with it this year because of
their lease at the Metrodome.

Looks like next year, and there appears to be enough support that it should get done then

Jay,

No need to worry about how you look in your swim trunks, I think most people will be having too much fun to worry about that

The number 1 reason would be to meet Gerk

As a former resident of your home state of Indiana, I don't think you want to compare the benefits of living in each state. BTW, have fun on
your summer vacation in Gary
